Hosting of your restaurant website is included with your client monthly fee. You are given a free URL to use with your restaurant website unless you would prefer Cafe Identity to host a domain name you purchased (We Highly Recommend the Purchase of a Domain Name) For example, if your restaurant was called, "Bob's Rib Shop," your free URL would be, dineout.biz/bobsribshop, or if you own a domain called www.bobsribshop.com, we can host that for you on our servers... the choice is up to you. Do you already have a website hosted somewhere else and you just want the online ordering features? No Problem! Our online menus and order process can easily integrate with any website.

If you choose for Cafe Identity to host your personal restaurant domain name (ex: www.bobsribshop.com), you have included 20 email accounts (ex: karen@bobsribship.com) to use for your restaurant and your employees. Packages are available to purchase extra blocks of email accounts for a small fee. Emails may be downloaded from our servers using services like Outlook or free email hosts like Yahoo or you may forward your email to a specific email account.

Cafe Identity gives you the ability to add an unlimited number of menus for your restaurant (ex: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Sunday Brunch, etc). You can even assign different menus to different locations. You also have the ability to allow customers to place orders online. We will either fax you the order to the fax number specified, email you the order to the email specified, or both email and fax... the choice is yours. The order is also available online to view at any time.

Cafe Identity offers you 4 ways to customize the look and feel of your website:
1. You can use one of our professional designed templates.
2. You can ask Cafe Identity to quote you on a custom designed template.
3. You can have your own web designer build/design a website template.
4. You can have your own web designer build/design a whole custom website to use.

You have the ability to add other Admin accounts and select various areas of the Cafe Identity service to which that are allowed access. For example, if you had your own personal web designer, you may want to only give them access to the "My Website" section of the client back office. You can learn more about the various access levels in the "My Admins" section of your Client Back Office.

Whether you have 1 location or 100 locations, you can easily add, update, and manage your locations through our Client Control Panel. Cafe Identity is here to grow with you regardless of your company size. As your company grows, you can easily add new locations with a click of a button.

Cafe Identity provides you with a wealth of information on who ordered, what they ordered, and when. You can filter by top online items ordered, location specific, customer specific, and more.
